Birmingham, Brummagem (or simply Brum) in the local dialect, is the UK's Second City, known as the "Heart of England"

Free Culture means we share our creativity and welcome anyone to join in. Free Culture works can be a perfomance, music, writing, video, drama, software, cooking recipes, painting, beer brewing, carpentry, photography, whatever you can think of!

We are just getting started (April 2008), so bear with us as we get organised.
